Wool and cold ceramics; 9 x 21 x 13 cm approximately (varied dimensions)

As I am the only heir to a story told by one of my grandmothers, Máscaras is my encounter with the pagan within the rural ancestral customs of Portuguese villages. The works in this series whisper about the unknown and the magical. And they also connect thoughts of companionship and amalgamation of differences, which came to be developed in another consecutive research.
