Bienal das Artes 2018 SESC DF Exhibition
Five curators have chosen 100 work of arts from 834 items submitted in seven categories. These are the figures of the second Bienal das Artes 2018 exhibition organized by the Sesc-DF private sector social service of Brasilia. Those who have already applied can check the list (Bienal das Artes) that includes works of digital art, drawing, sculpture, photograph, engraving, three-dimensional objects and painting. Artists from all over Brazil and abroad took part. All those selected will receive an honorable mention diploma and medal.
The Bienal exhibition will take place between June 26 and July 26 in the outside area of the Pátio Brasil Shopping mall. The advisor to the Sesc-DF Regional Board, Casimiro Neto, said the number of applications of work of arts had come as a surprise. “I was surprised with the number of works received, particularly photographs. The Bienal is a great opportunity for different artists to show their talent, as well as discover the new things that are being undertaken in the artistic world. Our aim is to bring light to art,” he said.
